At Brookwood Green, we have a number of ongoing maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Including attic ventilation rotten wood and caulking paint and roofing issues as well as foundation issues. Check out the galleries for more pictures and information. These issues need to be addressed as soon as possible in order to prevent further damage to the buildings.
The board of directors has made it clear that they have a duty to maintain standards of safety, appearance and property values for the association as they stated in the letter dated February 13, 2023.
We have included many photographs that illustrate the conditions at Brookwook Green and the present conditions of the property which should prove the opposite.
